I checked on the government page show that this indian company is not registered in Australia. They are also using 0386448152 and 0380354115. I can believe that telstra sell them our detail. Because i just moved and started to use this homephone number. No other companys know that yet. But they can know my new address and name as well. Anyone know how to stop this.

I have been getting harassing calls constantly from this number. It can be upwards from 10 calls a night. Does not matter how many times you hang up or ask them to stop calling you, they just continue to do so. Surely something can be done about them?

this number im reporting has phoned me 3 times in less than 15 minutes. Really annoying. I ask " what company do you work for, and Im happy with my "current company. They hang up. But still annoying > SCAMMERS :( :)

These people have been calling me non stop.
I am now on the phone to Telstra to block these numbers.
I hope this will fix the problem.

Wish they would stop calling.  Call twice a day for 2 months.  We have now disconnected home phone because of this.

They're quite stupid, i don't know how many times they've called and mentioned the issues i have with my phone/internet with telstra, if they had a brain they'd document who said what so there not repeating themselves every day even though i'm not with telstra, im going to block every single incomming call from India [***] them all i dont know anyone in India, and if a friend visits the [***] they have my mob number

Just had this number call 3 times in the last 10 minutes. At first my parents were polite, then my dad (he no speak good engrish) got on and told them to "F*&K off" in his very broken English. Still coming back for more...I find it hilarious to put on different voices to throw them off, they never know who's talking or that we're just a super delusional family :p everyone try it out, it could lighten up the situation and give you a good laugh too :)

I have recieved MULTIPLE annoying calls within 2 hours i have now block 5 calls from this number. As they are calling me from a mobile i have downloaded an app that allows me to mark calls as spam. Seems to be the only solution

Someone called from this phone number many many times a day and said they were from Telstra. I checked with Telstra they never have such calls to customers. Obviously it is scam.

This number keeps calling. Tell them not interested but they still keep ringing. About time someone fixed this for good

I received a harassing phone call from this number tonight. The caller then told me to go and commit suicide so that I could meet him in heaven. These people need to stop calling.

I got call from Figo Telecom at 4pm friday saying that they have been instructed by Telstra to take over Residential clients as Telstra now handle only business or commercial clients. They are offering a promotion for $50 p/m with all existing facilities. It seems quite attractive offer and I believed it as well. They asked me for my ID verification I have just given them my Medicare card number as I luckily didn't have anything on me. Then after the conversation with one of the male(Jake) then he put me to Verification team where an Indian lady has confirmed all details with me and they tried to put you in legal terms and ask to repeat the statement to confirm we are aware and understand their Terms and condition. The calls seems to be recorded by them.They even said they will email me confirmation and post a copy of contract but nothing has arrived yet. I m getting bit worried now!!!

Thanks to Telstra. I phoned 1800805996 and they have blocked 0386442948. The only downside is that international incoming calls are blocked as well. However, it is worth it and they have advised me they will send info with instructions how to allow international calls if needed.

Like it. Did the same for a bit of fun. My wife is with Telstra and she called 1800805996 to have it blocked. There is a downside relating to all international incoming calls, but it was worth it to her for the time being, as they are absolutely relentless.

We have had many calls by these people, scarily they know our name and address. When we asked them to send info on discounted prices by mail they said they would. As we thought it was a bit off we asked what company it was calling and I didn't catch the name due to bad English but we said ok we shall call Telstra and ask about these and she hung up
