I just keep ignoring them.  My message bank says "Leave a Message" and they still keep saying "Hello, Hello".

Why is this telemarketer calling me?

Please stop calling me constantly.................up to 8 times a week

They ring several times a day, if i answer they hang up and never leave a message. Even ring outside of business hours. Very annoying.I have no idea how they got my number.

Keeps calling wont talk when I answer and wont leave a message, really annoying ive hung up on it twice today already.

I started getting calls from this number just recently and as most of us do I "Googled" it and came up to this site. After reading some feedback from you guys, thanks very much by the way, I recalled doing something that I don't usually do. I received a pamphlet in the mailbox the other day from Yellow Pages. It was a competition to win $5K I think...anyways...I thought why not...Yellow Pages...I started to go to the website where they ask me to fill in my details...OK so far...but after I click next...OMG!!!  They had 5-6 pages of questions about Wines, Insurance, Daily Deals etc...now I started to click on the radio buttons (BIG MISTAKE) but after awhile I said EFF this...clicked CLOSED on the web browser. Wouldn't you know it...in my email came all this offers for insurance, wines, daily deals etc. Thankfully I only clicked a few things and that's all I got. Now I'm telling you this cos it might click to some of you guys or if you do get this pamphlet...DO NOT ENTER the competition! This is their website http://www.insuranceline.com.au/ ... now I have to call them to remove myself from their database! Good luck to you all.

got a call from 24/7 they tell me no obligation we are not selling anything then at the end say they are calling on behalf of insurance line and will send out a quote hey why not cool.
Next day i get a call from this number 03 99457300 on my mobile i dont answer it then they ring me on my home phone only less then 30 secs, after i answer they say there from insurance line and i agreed to it,  i told them no i did not i was told it was not a sales pitch and there was no obligation and aquote would be sent out. The man then went oh ok then hung up, later looking through my phone records they have been calling me for at least 2weeks how does ower telecomunication people allow this, why should i have to call my telecomuniction people to stop this i only have a phone so my kids can call me in an emergency and now i wont answer my phone unless i know the number this is a terrible problem i know no one can help but why cant they just let there adverts help them insteed of annoying me.
Its not just them but all insurance agentcies and financial adviser  selling houses and life plans

I complained to the Do Not Call register re Insuranceline.  
Apparently if you fill out competitions, surveys online or if you get an insurance quote off them you have technically called them. You are no longer protected by DNC and therefore go into databases.  These are set up to automatically call you and if you pick up, you go into backlog of calls waiting to speak with a human.   There is no thing as a free lunch!

The solution is to email or ring them.
Go to their website and fill in the contact form. Tell them you want removed from their database and don't want to be called again. That's what I did, they emailed me and said no problem.
Ring them and speak to a supervisor, and tell them you are on the Do not Call register,
Get on the do not call register.

same I keep getting this tosser calling my home and mobile number getting close to tracking him

i have tired to contact u but it comes up with a recorded message how am i suppose to find out what u want i have a hearing impair so only way i can talk to u is thru a relay officer that helps people with hearing but u have a recorded message instead come on i need to deal with u guys

Hi there im a employer of 24/7 as a defence we dont leave messages or purposly hang up or not answer i do the best to do my job and as a cutousesy caller im not selling anything as for the next phone call u recieve our information says we are offering a free customized quote that u dont have to take up so to our knowledge thats what we are trying to provide u. It a hard job trying to talk to people / strangers about funeral insurance as i do feel quite rude interupting or being so upfront but i try my hardest to be polite laugh enjoy a nice talk weather i can or cant help you and we only do mean the best and just want to help supply you with information you may be interested in as alot of people are interested and its nice to have someone intent and willing to help you recieve the information not the sales just the information incase it can benefit you. I like my job and i get alot of bad but mostly wonderful calls everyday and i enjoy the laughs and getting to be apart of so many peoples days. 24/7 Is a great atmosphere with polite and out going honest workers who work hard like every employee does to do there job the best they can. Dont be tuff give the oportunity to have a respect and curtousey and know our interest is you and making you smile. :) :)

That number keeps calling me who is it?

I dont know this number and i wont answer but they have tried twice once on my house phone and once on my mob no message and the phone rings about twice and then hangs up i have a private number so i only give my number to people or buisness i know

Had a few calls from this number over the past few days- but if I answer there is no-one there. Really annoying!

I made the mistake of getting a online quote for life insurance.  The number 03 99457300 rang my mobile within 1 minute of the online quote.  I brushed them off, but they rang me 6 more times that same day.  I saved the number under "Do Not Answer".  The next day they rang 5 more times which I didn't answer, the 6th time I answered & a man asked for me.  I replied "I have saved your number under Do Not Answer, please delete my number from your system" & hung up before he could say anything more.  It's insurance line.  They are don't give up.  If they ring again I will block the call.
