why is this number being diverted

Don't know how this no got on our business phone, which had been diverted to our serviced office no. When I rang it was always engaged. Started looking into this because our clients were not ringing us back...

why is this number on my CALL FORWARDING - CALL WHEN BUSY - CALL WHEN UNREACHABLE - THIS NUMBER IS UNKNOWN TO ME. I TRIED TO RING TO FIND OUT MORE INFO. BUT WAS DROPPED OUT ALL THE TIME I TRIED. STRANGE.

I have had MY phone Number redirected to this Number 0418707111, All my calls are forwarded....It just appeared on my phone, but I can't ring it....I keep being disconnected, even from the phone which is being redirected to the number AND Someone I know rang it for me......It's NOT Telstra....It IS Virgin, then another person rang AND IT WAS VODAPHONE!!!
I think it's probably an Illegal OVERSEAS Scammer USING WIRELESS, to make free calls

This is the telstra "missed call service" - if you divert to this number, the caller hears a message about you not being available, and then it sends you a text message telling you what call you missed.

Why is my phone forwarded to this number when the number I am phoning out and the number is either busy and  before a number is answered. It conncerns me that the call forward cannot cannot be disabled.

I have the same problem.... phone is diverted to the number and i did not do it. Is this a hacker?

ITS A TELSTRA  MISSED CALL SMS NUMBER. HOPE IT HELPS

my phone is saying it is diverting to this number. when i try to deactivate it it says unable to because it is not supported by the operator or something. how do i fix it? I can't receive calls or text.

I had an unauthorized divert from this number .so I tryed disabling it
In the end had to ring Telstra assistance
And get it cancelled.

The same number even tryed calling it
Eventually I "called Telstra assistance
Technical support .
And found out it was a Telstra number
Anyway they told me it was a misalignment with a service number
I" asked him to remove the
Call forwarding and call divert
And that stopped the problem.

This number is appearing in all my call logs and recording my conversations

Nice try.
Reset your phone with the sim out and it will fix it.

Why is this number without my permission was using like diverted phone number in any cases if my number can't be reach in normal calling.
