I want the company name

Had 8 calls from this number, and originally thought it was a scam number. Its HSBC bank. I used to work for them, so I can tell you that they have 2 call centres: (1) In India for ALL English calls received or made in the UAE and the region (2) An Arabic call centre in Dubai Internet City, building number 10, 2nd floor.
The call you received is an automated one, and it likely originates in India. I did some research, and called this number:
04 259201. I got thru to a cal centre agent (in India). I queried the call, and it was because I was a MEASELY 57 Dirhams overdrawn!!
Anyway, if you wish to complain, then Mr AbdulFattah is head of Personal Financial Services, at HSBC DIC. You will likely not get through to him though - ask for his secretary (3rd floor). If you do not succeed, then ask for Complaints Unit.

This is the number for HSBC Dubai. It might be for genuine reasons but it's also often to offer me unwanted additional products such as credit cards, loans or other financial products.
