This number is for Al-Awir outjail in Dubai, most probably bounced cheque cases section of the prison.

Yes, as mentioned above, this is from Dubai Prison for bounced check cases. A colleague of mine is in jail for same case. He might have tried to reach me.

Keep receiving a calls from this number morning and evening and the guy is saying that he just want to have friends as he is in jail for 6 years now. Feel sorry for him if that is true but it is really annoying even I told him not to call and I am not interested in the friendship he is offering. Can we do something about this?
