Received a missed call today.  No voicemail.

After answering, it took many seconds and two "hello?" until I was connected.  An unintelligent-sounding woman, possibly with a foreign accent, said "yes, am I speaking with _____?"  I couldnt even understand what they said.

Must have been a spam call bot.

049 called me today and they claimed to be with the US government wanting to give me money that I didn't have to pay back.  Sounded like a scam to me.  Lots of people talking in the background and all foreign (not Americans).  So I just hung up.

Someone called from number +0492300, he called me four times yesterday and even today same time, whenever I M picking the call no one is speaking

I live in the Himalayas now with +977 country code and I have no clue who it was or why this number apparently originating from Germany (+49) was trying to reach me at an odd hour.
The two numbers that called me were: +494206883105 and +495902744101
