again from court , this time is from ipoh, he can said your home adadress & name, then told you your son accident at ipoh,....i told he, 5 minit brfore i received call from JB, yesterday call from KL, why many mahkamah call me ? he hand up the phone.

She said your company, xxx trading did not pay for the gst... bla bla bla..  i asked her to give her phone no and call her back cos am on duty right now.. then she just hang up only.

Likewise. This number claimed to be Ipoh Mahkamah n informed me that ‘my company’ Dai Hung company owe gst yet settle.

Scammer pretend to represent authority body. Be extra cautious everyone.

hi guys... i got phone call from this number...saying im not paying gst under my company...he read my name,ic number address correctly...what kind of scam is this

This is the 2nd call I received since last Friday (which is 0362230202). I pretend I don’t understand mandarin and he asked me wanna buy insurance or not! So scary why they know my name and call me so frequently 😱

Me too.  Talked for one hour.  Luckily he paid.

Scammer get your personal info from data marketing co who in turn bought customer detail list from as***, ma***, ce****, te*****, face**** etcs. Dont give personal info unnessary, but you cant help it if it was sold by those above.

they just called up today , saying that they calling from mahkamah perak and saying that someone open a company under your name and now GST about RM70k and asking us to report polis.

I'm also received this call from this number just now , said that i'm not paying GST under company register under my name, he know my IC and address. And he want to sue me at Ipoh  Mahkamah..!! Be careful.

Be careful, it is a phone trap.

Received a call from this number morning just now too, 056223020, telling me owned unknown company "Chai Hong Company" and didn't pay GST up to RM 8x,xxx.00 and he represented Court to sue me and freeze all my account and "tahan" me unable to overseas from now. I asked his name, he said : Mr. Lee Wei Lun , he know my IC, I told him will ask Lawyer to ind this out and after that he told he is represented from Kastam GST Dept, Pengawai.

Don't worry he told  me too I owe Chai Hong trading's GST RM85700.

same as me. just received a call from this number and saying I owe GST RM85K under 1 company name. If I am not settle this within 1 hr they will sue me at Ipoh mahkamah.

I received a phone call from the same number, 1 Nov 2018, 12:15pm. The caller claimed his name Tan Kok Sin, calling from Makhamah Majestic Ipoh Perak. He said the purpose of calling was to alert me that I was suppose to attend to court yesterday, issues pertaining to my company (Tai Hong Trading, registration no 218833Y2) having matters with court. He questioned how could my IC be registered under a company without my knowledge, and later advised that I report these details to the Ipoh police station.

Got a call from this no. today 1 Nov 2018. He said he is from Hong Leong & I did not pay loan for a few months. I told him I have no loans and definitely no account with HLB. Then he got rude and said it was borrowed using my IC. I suspected its a scam and told him it is a sin to scam people and karma will go after him for preying on innocent people. And just hung up. I google and found this site!
