I am the owner of this telephone number. Unfortunately, it is currently being misused (October/November 2023).

I don't know who uses the number, but lately I've been getting 'callbacks' from people I've never called and don't know.

In short: someone wrongly identifies with my telephone number.

I'm sorry. I have called both KPN (my telephone provider) and the FraudHelpdesk, and posting a report here is the only thing I can do.

When you call the number back, I am the one who answers the phone, but I cannot help you further because I do not know who the abusive party is.

I had the same thing happen about 2 years ago.  I called my provider and explained it to them.  They changed my number free of charge.  I know it's a hassle to have to change your number but it was the only way I could stop the, sometimes abusive, calls.  I'm sorry this happened to you.
