Initial voicemail call claiming to be from Amazon regarding DD payment from my bank account for £79.99. I could top that payment or be refunded the amount if I downloaded an app onto my computer and then filled in a refund request form. Strange - this form allowed no revision of mistakes and as it showed a mistake the caller requested that you contact you bank directly on the computer that you were using to download the refund form. At this point I knew enough and terminated the call.
