In response to Miss X Theses compaines charge a fee or a large %age for doing somthing that you can easily do yourself with a few template letters (www.moneysavingexpert.com), so in reality it is still a scam, trying to make large amounts of money from consumers money that they are entitled to the full 100% back. so unless they are doing it for free they are still the bad guys.

I had a call from same number. I hung up the phone and they kept calling.
Beware of this number.

Just had this call, lots of noise in the background, kept asking him to say what he said again cause it was that loud, couldnt tell what company he was from (could barely hear him) was asking about credit stuff (half stuff i dont know about cause im young) then asked who paid bills, i said my dad, and he told me to tell him about the phone call and to call them.

Sounds very scammish and typed in number into google and this is the first page.

Funny cause i was called on my mobile number not by house phone

Got the same call on my mobile when I was at uni, he said something about, are you with a bank and some other stuff, I just couldn't make out anything he was saying because there was soo much background noise, i just hanged up. If anyone recieves a call from these people dont pick up, they'll just do your head in.

I am over the moon, just had settlement cheque for my bank charges, didn think i would hear anything as i put a claim in back last year, my brother has had his back 2, back in sept.

Needless to say I texted back 0 straight away, bloody scammers!

got txt message today promising £750 pound paid into my bank same day no credit checks, knew it was dodgy but not ringing back.....beware

I never answer these, just select the 'add to block list' option in my mobile

Where do they get our numbers from anyway? I haven't left my number with many companies with a view to writing off debt, so if everyone listed all the all companies that they have left their number with, whilst trying to write off debt, we might catch the company who are giving out personal information.

I've given mine to Cartel and 'writeoffcreditcarddebt.co.uk'. And only those two.

I've emailed GXN and asked them to close down the website as they are not operating within the terms of the TPS or 123-reg/GX Networks acceptable use policy.

They buy your number of data companies... i believe they are trading as ppi settlements now and not claim management uk. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
