started again caLLING ME 5/6 TIMES ADAY 9/9/09

Just got a call from them, rang about 10 seconds then hung up, I didn't answer. Looked on here and then added them to my phone's Reject Call list. No more call from that number for me! =D

they have rung about three times a day for the last two weeks. so sick of them.

I'm going to predent not to speak english when they call so they never call again. They have been calling me on and off since january, I asked them not to call back last time I answered and yet they are calling again... GRRRRR

This is a company that is trying to offer free holidays. Do not know where or how they have got my number but every time I call back there is an answering machine message. Whyndam vacation resorts asia pacific.

Dont worry they will eventually answer when they work out what times you answer your phone.
You tell them not to call again and wait 6 months and it starts all over again.

Glad i dont know anyone in QLD. or i wouldnt answer there calls either.

I have been recieiving these calls on and off for 2 years now. As everyone else keeps saying, it is Wyndham Vacation Resorts.
You can join the do not call register, but that only helps with cold calls.
You are most likely on the list for filling out a form or survery in the past, and filling out that form gives them permission to call you, so the do not call register will not help.
I just looked up thier website : http://www.wyndhamvrap.com/contact and called the listed number. The girl was really helpful and has removed me from the database. Hopefully no more calls now!

I had my mobile at school and at 3:30 (after school) I got my phone and I had a missed call. It was from 9:28 that morning. I start school at 9 and put my phone on silent. I didnt know who it was cuz in Melbourne the mobile numbers start with 04. The number was 07-5512-1013

Ive just rang the number 07 5512 8888 and finally got a real person not a voice service.  Yes she to was helpful.  Apparently the 07 55121013 is the promotional team.  She said that she was going to send the request straight away.  I hope so, I have sent left two messages and a emails asking them to stop.

I have been receiving calls to my mobile from that number for about a week now. Never answered it as it seemed dodgy. I noticed bec posted a msg saying to call 1800 807 097 and ask to be removed from their telematketing list. Which is what I just did. Hopefully it works, try it out ppl. 1800 807 097

Suggest all send them some junk mail, like all the newspapaers and stuff you receive in your letter box, anything will do, but make sure the parcel is big and forget to put a stamp open it, and inside ask they stop phoning you.

All the calls are from Whyndam Asia Pacific, (holiday share accomdation) you would have at some point signed your name and telephone number (home/mobile) on a free competition (shopping centre) but there was no winner to the competitions it was just really a scam to get you to attend a [***] holiday stay package that costs a fortune and you never hardly use... not worth the money (unless your a frequent flyer) They have been calling me for over 1 year now I have complained to the manager there but it still happens, ill know better than to sign up for a competition that is free next time! ha.

Talk about harassment! These people at Wyndham just don't stop!
I have already told them that I am not interested, and ignore all their calls and even hang up on them, but it doesn't seem to be getting through to them.
Feel like abusing the crap out of them, but it's not worth it.
I'm going to try the Do Not Call Register. If that doesn't work, then I'm calling the 1800 number. And if that doesn't work...then there's going to be trouble!

Just called the 1800 807 097 number.. Finally got through. The woman who answered was quite friendly and told me she'd remove me from the list... I guess time will tell.

Yep got a couple phonecalls from them and they just hang up without speaking. Very disturbing!

these [***] called me, I didn't answer it because I didn't know the number, and they left a message. Problem is they didn't seem to figure out it was a voice message and thought it was me real time picking the phone up even though it says "leave a message". Idiots. Can we report these people for, at the very least, being incompetent?

Yeah two days in a row they have left a voicemail thinking they got through. ROOKIES
