Hi

I got a call from 07559065821. Rang once and hung up when I answered.  I tried to call it back ( bit dumb I know) and got a message saying the number is not accepting calls.  

I've checked my online bill and its not up to date yet so can't say if I've been charged anything.

i tried rngng it bk . it rings then it says please hold whilst we divert ur call. thats wen i hung up.
in future wont bothr rngng bk . if its important they cn rng bk n lve a msg :-)2

Got a call from 07559084459 - just hung up

07559074721 got a call from this number today and when I tried to call it back it said 'calls will be charged at your normal rate. Please hold the line to accept this call'!!! I hung up straight away.

Received 07559064080 number tonight.  When I rang back the number went to an automated voice saying 'we are trying to connect you' and then it kept ringing.  Is this a prank call?

07559084524 only rang once very quickly yesterday morning around 9:15am. How did they get my number? Its definitely fishy, dont call back guys!

I received an incoming call this AM.
My phone rang once and hung up.
The number was 07559090458.

I did try calling back but my call was barred by my Mobile Operator.
The reason I was barred is because it's an international call (which I have blocked by default)
Suprised the hell out of me as it seems like a normal UK mobile number, but it's not, it's a guernsey number!?

Got a call from 07559098610. Very brief and they disconnected before I could answer. Called back and got 'Calls are currently not being connected to this number'. Hope it didn't charge me, would have thought they'd want to keep me talking if it were charging so maybe telco got wise before I called?

Just received a call from 07559 074042. When I rang back, I got a message "trying to connect you" wheron I promptly hung up.

07559 0XXXXX numbers are allocated from Ofcom to a company called 'Mars Communications Limited' www.marscomms.co.uk
The number range is 07559 is classed as 'Mobile services' which is the same as for example my own mobile number from Vodafone.

I wouldn't imagine they would be able to do anything 'dodgy' on these types of numbers, but they could be using them to hide where they're really calling from so they get away with cold calling or something.

First port of call if you suspect anything is to go to Mars Comms, and then Ofcom after that.

Got a call, they hung up, I called bach and was put on hold. Telephone bumber was  07559073655

Just got a call from 07559 071002, called back, and said 'trying to connect you', then just rang... possible that the rings after it "tries to connect" are a recorded sound and I just paid for a few secs of fake dialtone? would be a clever scam if it was...

Had a missed call from 07559067223 they rang once, and then hung up! I tried to call it back, but no answer!
Just igore it, If its important, they will leave a message!!

Got called by 07559094105...same as others here, it seems...just rang for ages and every 15 seconds or so got a recorded message saying - 'we are trying to connect you'.
Rang Mars Comms as suggested above but they say it isn't one of their numbers. Ofcom logged it and suggested calling Consumer Direct...they said they had no record and couldn't trace numbers back to subscibers...even though there are plenty of people out there who will do just that!

Mine was from 07559085371 just a few minutes ago.

The 0800 number you so helpfully game me/us doesn't have an option relating to 07559 numbers by the way - no way of passing the info you need to you. Do I need to use option 1 (to speak to BT?)

Your online complaint form isn't much help either - it just confirms that the number is a mobile number.
