    someone hacked into my telephone banking at TSB and changed my contact number to this number:  07598797219.   This number goes to a Vodaphone answerphone, this must be the hacker who sent me a text to contact my bank with a false contact number, which was not the bank at all.  This person must be found!

    So this wasn't really a "hacker" now was it? After all if you are going to take the time to hack why would you stop at one account when you could hack the whole bank?
