Take heed this number belongs to a conman who usually resides on gumtree and eBay. Claims that he lives in Newquay has links with Nottingham and the Midlands. He takes photographs from the Internet of various items and offers these non-existent items for sale. He will propose various dubious methods of payment and says that he does not have a payPal account. He uses a fake Facebook account in order to gain your trust. He is very personable warm and friendly on the phone and often says he needs to sell the goods quickly because he is leaving to work abroad. He uses various names such as Marc Jennings. Mark Anthony. I posted a Wanted Xbox one ad on Gumtree and this guy mark jennings rang me up and smooth talked me into paying by Ukash! I never saw my £320 again and he didn't send an Xbox! I have reported to police avoid all contact with this guy hope this helps someone not get scammed like me :(

i got conned by this guy with uKash as well. i tried buying football tickets on craigslist. please first find as much information about sellers as possible because he was very smooth and if I had googled his phone number I would have learned he was a con artist. he is smooth and sketchy, hope he gets what he deserves

I so nearly got scammed by this guy! I posted a wanted ad for something which rarely comes up for sale and he contacted me within minutes of me posting it.

Then he couldnt use paypal for some rubbish reason.

He refused to send me extra pictures.

He fabricated a load of very rubbish storys.

He's quite a clever guy and he talks a good talk but he didnt fool me. The guy is wrong, just wrong.

Wow. Very shocked. I've never been conned or anything of this nature before. I had a wanted ps4 add on gumtree and the same thing has now just clearly happened to me. He is very convincing that he is genuine. And makes you feel there is nothing to worry about. He made me send money through money gram. And clearly I Wont be seeing that money again. Is there any point of me contacting the police?? I feel like absolute [***] right now. All that money gone down the drain when it could've been useful towards my child. He also contacted me on the same number the gentleman above me has posted. Please be careful people!!!!

This man is currently deeply possessed and infected by evil, making him act like a greedy serial liar, conman, thief and gambler. It appears from above he is a person whose real name is Mark Anthony Hoodless. He's known for stealing from many people including friends and girlfriends and  has 4 previous convictions.

Don't be ashamed of your loss. He spends his life polishing his act to steal from good and honest people like you because he's a currently failed actor without any money and has a lot of time on his hands. Believe me if you met him you'd only feel sorry for him. He's addicted to gambling, lying and stealing, is currently bordering on mentally ill and is severely deluded. Sadly he has lost everyone that's ever been close or kind to him.

Please call Nottinghamshire police on 101 and ask for PC Andrea Brown and report your loss.

Without your help to punish him he will never be healed and continue to do what he does to innocent people.

He recently served 5 months for fraud for stealing from tens of people, including me. The case number at Notts Crown Court was T20127712 for your reference. Sadly it seems he has not learned his lesson despite being behind bars.

Finally as hard as it is, please try and forgive him. Forgiveness is not for him but for you. It helps heal you. If you hang on to your hate and anger for this man, it only effects you, not him. He then wins double because he's stolen your goods and peace of mind.

Please don't be foolish and let him get away with it though, punishment is the only way to help reform him, letting him continue unpunished only encourages him.

Mark when you read this, don't give up hope, you will be healed when you come to God. God and God alone can give you what joy you are looking for by stealing from people.

I hope he gets a long term in prison! He scum I'm now £400 down and had to explain to my son why he had to wait another 3 months for his ps4 because a man stole my money!

Update Mark Hoodless was charged on 1st September at Nottingham magistrates for Fraud by false representation. He pleaded GUILTY to 14 charges! He due in crown court on 24th September.

Hoodless (known to me as 'Stanley Jones' went to court on 7th October 2014 for the 14 charges of fraud. He pleaded guilty and only got 21 months imprisonment SUSPENDED for two years, 200 hours community service and has to go on a Thinking Skills Programme, whatever that is! Probably give him ideas on how to scam people in the future.
