A call came in from this number, with firstly an automated message saying something along the lines of a medical letter has not yet been collected and that this was the final notification - then - it transferred to a woman, who seemingly could not speak any English and she was talking in what sounded like an Indian language/Thai/Chinese language, but it was so tunnelled it was garbled anyway. So I hung-up. They did not ring back after 1/2 an hour, so I blocked the number. No trace of the number found online. It's a major worry for anyone awaiting an actual medical letter.
