Fraudulent operation operating a fake luxury concierge service (apparently used to exist but was dissolved years ago called HR LONDON CONSTRUCTION LTS). Promised to pay back the deposit of £1020 straight away but dragged out small repayments over a year with endless empty promises and excuses and insults, avoids paying the final £100 by ignoring messages.
