Hey guys here's some news I've got some real dirt on the people trying to slam me, I'm not like them though I don't have the time to waste on them! You need to step it up because this is pre school! As for all your comments about my wealth, you should clarify your facts.

3). Select the company and click history.

4). The one titled "total exemption small company accounts" holds my certified accounts for '15/'16 tax year.

If you guys really are victims why are you hiding behind fact names, show my contracts online with your contract number and name.
(I know you can't because you're manufacturing this that's genuine proof).
If you're a victim you'll get sympathy and support so there's no need to hide, in fact I'll give any genuine victim £10k (not that I'll be spending because there's not one).

What's with slamming others? especially the ones I don't know... Did they upset you too Thorpe family? I was speaking to some guys with a great deal of historical knowledge on you recently and they gave me some very enlightening info, maybe I'm not the real thief here after all... This just looks like liable from some sad people to me, no one can commit millions of pounds in fraud and still be legally trading, use you're brains my husband and I had a great experience with David's company.

These accounts are meaningless.
They are non audited balance sheets - anyone could knock them up.
The small business exemption has been used to obviate the need for a chartered accountant.
A problem in submitting fraudulent accounts, is, well, how can I say, fraud. Punishable by up to 7 years in jail. I think Mr Overton is treading in very deep water, perhaps he doesn't realise...?

An annual turnover of no more than £6.5 million.
Assets worth no more than £3.26 million.

Was going invest with minotaurfx, so so please I was advised by a friend in Dubai to take take a look at overton exposed on facebook. Now ive done my research and seen how fake he is i think I'll stick with my current investors. And as for his instagram well all I see there is fake fake fake. 👔👕👖⌚🚘🚔

Not meaning to sound stupid....but in regards to his Instagram and the fancy pictures in the cars etc - do Ferrari dealerships really just let anyone to sit in their cars and take pictures?

Unfortunatley this guy has also conned me into parting with just on £2000, i am a single mum with 3 children who has now had to take on a second job (even though i work full time already) just to survive and provide for my children. This man has no remorse what so ever for what he has put my children and i through, he has also fed me the lies that hes had his cards stolen and has been in hospital numerous times already this year.......again all LIES! he would only contact me through snap chat at one point im assuming so there was no evidence but little did he know i took pictures of every single message. This man has made me feel like im to blame that i havent had my money back as he has attempted to meet me to refund me but fails to give me times and locations of where im suppose to meet him then phones me and tells me hes been waiting over an hour for me!!!!!! he also sends pictures of his 'new cars' when quite clearly you can see they are from the internet, this man needs to be stopped before he destroys other peoples lives

Can you contact Cheshire Police..I can't be too specific, but they are well aware of him, and they and the CPS have brought several prosecutions against him, and have started the process of recovering sums of menu for people he has conned, so you stand a chance of getting your money back if you get the Police involved. It's the only legal way to stop this loser !!

Agree with above. I have been in contact with the police with regards to information I have on him. They will be very pleased to hear from you....
