    An Asian-sounding Reuben who knew my name said he was calling from Microsoft about my computer.  Apparently they had been trying for three days to contact me so were now giving me a service call and wanted to know why I hadn't responded.  I said I had never been contacted by Microsoft and anyway I wouldn't respond because Microsoft never contact people about their computer or the internet - he hung up.
