Its a advertising company trying to advertise your buisness he was very rude when i told him i wasn't intrested in his services

Someone asking for the name of the 'business owner' with a very aggressive sarcastic nasty tone.

had a call from this number and asked to speak to the business owner and asked who it was i said i couldnt give him the details he said you must be joking, i said no and hung up on him. Very unprofessional and ignorant.

An advertising call claiming to be from a magazine which he called 'a friend for life' or somehting like that.  Claims to be raising money for kids with cancer in my local area. Also claims to be endorsed by steven hendy (snooker player) and michael caine (actor). Smells  v much like another scam!!

Just had a call, wanted to know who owner of business was, said he was Kevin Nicholson and was involved in "Advertising for local charities". When i said he was asking for a lot of information and not giving a lot he said "Well I'm paying the bill" and hung up. Just trying to harvest information for later sales pitches.

Yep, was called a moment ago but nice to see my phone autoblocked the caller!  Don't know how my phone did it, must have been EE network that blocked it.  Had lots of scam callers recently so perhaps Trading Standards and the phone networks are catching up with them.

They've just tried ringing me 4 times in 5 minutes, I always look up numbers now before answering, so glad I now know not to bother.

Asked me if I was "my Name" (which is advertised) said he was talking to me last September which I knew was a lie. I said no you weren't - no well late last year he changed then said he was something to do with Leukemia I advise him if it was anything to do with advertising he had no chance.
He then said no its not but I don't like your attitude and hung up :-)
