    Clearly a scam.  When I hung up, kept calling (from different numbers). not sure what he was trying to sell. claimed to be from BT. claimed my internet had been switched from private to business. when pushed, said it was a setting on my router. then couldn't tell me what setting. Then switched to using my mobile for calls
