Yes this mobile number did a telemarketing call to me one month ago but the female voice was familiar.
A familiar voice normally from a known Paisley nuisance calling location?????

b.t.w. it is free home energy surveys ... perhaps sometimes security awareness surveys

I think from the few nuisance reports it could have been a Skype call with a mobile number id switched on by mistake.

Hahaha.   Someone with spare call time could mask their number and...

Female caller re security awareness and would I be interested in a security alarm

Called, yet again,after me telling the first two times they displayed a number.

This is a nuisance scottish call centre about the usual home improvements. They first hide their number then show a number if you don't pick upon those calls. Absolutely refuse to take you off their harassment list.
Reporting to ICO again.

Caller rang spoke to my wife on the 16th Aug, asked if she was aware gov, energy grant for new windows,was politely told not interested, a guy  called Steven from Ultimate Home rang on the 17th Aug tell tell me about the scheme,he was hopefully given the hint!
