Don't ring this number back.  It looks like a mobile but you will be charged for it even if you have an "all inclusive call package"  I rang them to stop the calls (unsuccessfully) and Vodafone billed me for the call.  It is not a normal mobile number.

it is a marketing call for debt clearance programme. they start say that it is a 'government backed scheme' so that you think it is legitimate.

I have had a few calls... Answered once and pressed 2 so I could ask to be removed but they hung up. I rang TPS (my number is registered) and they say cos its an automated one they can't stop it. So told me to ring 01625545745, select option 1 and explain it to them. Haven't tried it yet but worth a shot!

Also getting calls from this number, three so far all to the answerphone, so I haven't been able to abuse them yet.

have sent them a text stating STOP but still they come calling. I dont need them as I have no debt problems nor have i had an accident etc.

I have saved their number to my contact list as DO ANSWER ANSWER JUNK CALLER so when they ring i now know not to answer them.

They left a message lol....." Hello........ this is the approvals team regarding youyr loan application......" blah blah blah.... Funny.... I HAVENT APPLIED FOR ONE----- [***]

Just had them call me, my phone has a neat feature called "call reject" what this does is "answer the call automatically" but I do not receive it. the phone then holds the line as open so they cannot hang up on me and I lock their line up.  After about 30mins the line gets freed.  I do not actually talk to anyone and I can still make calls.......  I HOPE THAT THIS F***** THEM UP SO THEY GET THE DAMN MESSAGE....

And as for TPS, its a bag of crap as BT DO NOT stop these calls coming to you and also BT sells numbers on, as do COMPARISION WEB SITES and other such "legitimate organisations"... Its about time we all stood together.......

How about we all (as in the whole country) stop paying for anything or indeed paying things back and others stuff thus forcing these companies and people (both here and around the world) to shut down.  What if we just stopped doing everything for 6 months.......

Good idea about stopping and not paying for anything......... Just imagine what would happen if all the banks stopped getting their money that they are not due, councils not getting money they do nothing for, Tax office not getting money to give to Govenrment to give to another country.

If we do it, we could make a difference.

They must be doing the rounds, I have just had one too?

Do you think that it would work just stopping and doing nothing? I think it would, and we could all join up and help each other without the need to do it for reward.....

Got an automated call advising me to press number 5 to talk to representatives regarding my loan application.  Haven't applied for loan and DID NOT press 5.  I'm assuming it's a scam - has anyone else experienced the same from this caller?

Don't remember them calling, but was checking my landline phone bill and apprently i called them or answered their call and got charged for a WiFi call which i was never aware of, anyone else had this?
