Received a call from this number and my phone locked down before the call could complete and upon resetting my phone, I found a message about the network waiting to re-bind to the phone.

Which I found to be slightly interesting - as my phone was designed to prevent security problems.

My phone has triple locks, the PIN's are engaged for what it's worth and the device is a hardened system with multiple features including Guard-lock and cell phone password with fixed dialling. I just can't figure out what happened to my network coverage there - that would have made something like a full reset of the phone be required. The caller's network as far as I can establish was Vodaphone.
