*Scam call confirmed by virgin media today*.

I picked my landline up today and I noticed that someone had tried to call me 8 times already.
I had about as many 'unanswered calls yesterday' and they were all from many different standard looking mobile numbers, so watch out for that!.. *to the point:

*I answered one call today, 'silence for a moment', then an Indian lady asked me "How are you?", so I asked her "who are you and why are you calling me?" she claimed to be from Virgin Media, then she said "The reason that I am calling you is because your internet is slow", I replied "No it's not slow, it's fine" at that point she hung up.

Very unprofessional, she didn't call back (it's a confirmed scam call anyway) so they are just fishing for information, so don't even give them your name let alone any account details or any other information.

Identifies the telephone number that she called me from as belonging to 'Telefonica UK Limited' so they are not even using Virgin Media's own phone network!.
I called Virgin Media today and they confirmed that it was a scam call.
