Quite annoying! EE voicemail with no voice, just a tone.

Who is this and why are they leaving no message on answerphone. Is this a hack ?

I still don't know where these are coming from. I refuse to answer them as they always seem to come when I am abroad. I'm not paying inflated overseas charges just to line their pockets. How do you switch voicemail off?

Everytime this number  calls me I get charged 30p.  Don't understand this.  How can I stop it?

If you call your voicemail, on an itemised bill (such as what contract users get) then from time to time it shows up as that number. The best guess for people being charged is just that your being charged for calling EE voicemail which is nothing new.

I'm with EE and it's their voicemail number calling you. I don't want voicemail on this particular mobile so have disabled it - they'll tell you it's impossible but check your call settings it's easy enough! Unless i got free voicemail i wouldn't bother. I have another phone with a really old virgin chip in it and of course that's always handy to use as free of charge!

How do i disable my voicemail im with EE on my tab4 and im constantly getting scammers/spammers/pests ringing and leaving rubbish on mine

Disable voicemail in settings voicemail call forwarding click on it and select disable

Showed as private number and unknown address I answered to this call and was charged  £10 just for picking up the phone ..... I've had numerous on going calls and voice mails from a machine asking me to accept reversed phone call charges which consists of a  £3 connection fee and £ 1.50 minute charges ... really feeling livid here!!
