It is Nightsbridge Financial - A loan and debt consolidation company, the guy was really friendly and did talk sense. still do not trust them though as they phone constantly and looks like a mobile number to me which always sets alarm bells ringing!!!!!!!!!!!!

They r reali pushy!!!!

These guys share a director with Samuel Brooks Limited and Wilson Tarquin Limited.  LOADS of complaints about them (see 07955031079).

If they hold personal data, then they're breaching the Data Protection Act by not registering with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). That would be a criminal offence.

This number has been calling me for weeks, tried calling it back but says number not recognised! No-one talks if I answer the call. Have added it to the blacklist on my mobile now but it's very annoying!

I had 3 missed calls this morning and was just googling the number when they called again.  Looking for Hayden.  I should look for Hayden as he seems to have given them my number.  They sent a text the other day about a loan.  Anyway I've added them to my Reject Call list.

Yet another call from an "accident claim company" resulting from our old insurer, Direct Line, selling on our details.  I think he said Samuel Brooks.  I'm sick to death of all these calls, some even encouraging us to make a fraudulent claim even though no personal injuries were sustained by either party!  How I wish the government would do something useful and ban these irritant companies... they're real parasites on society.

SICK to death of these accident claims companies calling ALL the time! They do not give up and constantly call you... try to encourage fraudulent claims!

I have blocked their number but cannot block 'unknown' numbers for work reasons. They will not take no for an answer....

HOW do i (we) stop these companies from doing this? Who can we complain to???

Churchill insurance sold my details on after I had a little bump...

These people are getting on my nerves big time, they are a personal injury claims organisation who offer to get you personal injury compensation from an accident that you were involved in.
I`ve ranted and raved at them to go away and stop calling my number only for them to pass my information onto another company to do the same.
My answer is pure and simple...I don`t even introduce myself anymore I just politely tell them to F*** off.
It is these companies which are causing our car insurances to double Personally the government should outlaw these companies from trading, If you had an accident and suffered from personal injury....use a reputed solicitor, My accident happened back in Dec 09 and I`m getting daily calls from these numbers even though it was just over two years ago.

These are not MOJ rgeistered . I am always harrassed by them. They say that they are calliong on behalf of the Insurance company. Why are the Insurance companies not looking into this company?
I read that Yusef Buskh is the director. Can anybody tell me about this person & the address that I write too too complain about him & his comapny? Are there any ex staff members that can give me any information so we can compalin together?

on the TV... adverts for compensation if you have been in an accident or what about claiming for PPI.... its on the radio every second advert...

Just had a phonecall from them claiming that some file from a minor bump was still open and that they needed to close it. I asked them in what way were they connected to Churchill Insurance to which the caller implied that they were underwriters and that Churchill don't handle all of their insurance policies.
The caller soon turned abusive when I asked for contact details, gave a fictional number (0161 337 72280) and when I requested further details he said that I would be receiving more phonecalls and slammed the phone down. Before I could dial 1471 I received another phonecall from someone else there at which I informed them that I would be contacting Churchill and then put the phone down. The number of the 2nd call was 07771848568

Samuel Brooks has just had a tongue-lashing from my wife. We must have had over a dozen calls urging us to claim personal injury, when they know full well that we weren't injured. They are real parasites.

I have been receiving phone calls from Samuel Brooks for the last 5 months, i am just about sick and tired of them telling me there is a sum of money allocated to my accident. This was the last straw i to told them to f... off and not call again. The phone number they ring me on is 0161 312 8082.
