    Real person,Alex, calling from the Technical Department of Microsoft. Funny thing was, the first thing he asked was why I thought that Microsoft would be giving me a call, that was before I told him it was a scam and even after that he wanted me to verify why I thought it was a scam, he's got persistence, I'll give him that, now blocked.
