Had  a call on my landline from Hugh ?, American accent saying he was calling from OPT IN TELECOM and that they were uprating my existing call blocking service. When I said I didn't have one he said that it's a default service on every landline and they are the call blocking service for  BT, Virgin and Sky. I'm not with BT and wouldn't tell him when he asked me who I was with. I said if the call blocking service is to stop cold calls then HIS was a cold call and I hadn't given him permission to ring me. He agreed then hung up.
