Just had a call off this number, identical blurb to a call from a different number that I received yesterday about being from the Telephone Refund Department, supposedly from British Telecom and as I had been overpaying they wanted to refund me £202.  They knew my name but also wanted me to verify the account with my date of birth but I refused so don't know what else they would have wanted me to confirm but they hung up. Parasites.
