It is NatWest fraud.  You may well receive text messages as well relating to suspect transactions.  This probably saved me a lot of hassle.  I have commented to NatWest that they should probably include this number on their Fraud Team web page as the numbers on there are different and that is the first place I went to check.

Took a call from this number earlier. Call was for my son who moved out years ago. I know that he's updated his address for statements, don't know whether or not he updated Natwest on his phone number. Aside from that little niggle, call appeared to be genuine. No requests for confidential information, just a computer generated voice taking me through options.
I'll leave the call type as "Unknown" as it doesn't fit into any of the other categories.

Got 2 texts from 07860020323 showing nat west as the originator asking me to verify transactions on my debit card for an account I had closed some months ago.  I rang nat west and reported it and they confirmed that my account was indeed closed and my debit card blocked.  Another scam!

This is a genuine number from the NatWest Fraud Team. If you get a call from them - don't ignore it!

Repeated calls from this number claiming to be Natwest Fraud about a person (insert random name) card.  But never mine.  I rang the number on the back of my card and they Natwest confirmed nothing on my account.   I gave them the number that had called and they searched their database as the Natwest employee said it wasn’t a number they use!

Had numerous calls from this number who say they are from NatWest fraud team, it is a scam as the phone they are calling on is not one NatWest would use, NatWest do not have and never have had that particular number.

Genuine call from this number.Fraudulent use on my debit card over the last few days even though I haven’t been anywhere to use it.Awaiting a replacement card.Don’t know how this fraud was done but obviously it has been,thankfully it was picked up by NatWest fraud dept and I was notified.

Thanks for letting us know that you are a scammer trying to convince people that this number is legitimate when it really isn't. I'll believe the poster from June 6th before I would believe anything you wrote.
