    A caller said he was from Tesco mobile (my provider) but did not object when I said I did not want to discuss this over the phone, and call finished amicably.  Also received a text purporting to be from Tesco confirming Robert from the Upgrades team has contacted me and referring me to their privacy policy on their web site.   I do not know if either was genuine or not.

    Caller claiming to be from Tesco called to discuss my telephone insurance  with Tesco. I had a genuine email from Tesco recently on the same subject. Told him that I would be going into store soon  to discuss my whole package and left it at that.
