    This number is the collections department of Vigrin Media. I found out they were fining me £10.00 per month because I chose not to pay by direct debit.  I demanded the return of the money, pointing out that they are not entitled to impose a financial penalty on me. They aren't cops or even council jobsworths - they are a media company. They refused so I ran the bill up as high as I could, bought myself a BT "fon" modem and a set top tv box, and let the cut off the service for non-payment. Now I have all the television and intenet I want and Vigrin F*ck*ng Media can whistle for the £180.00.  They will never see a penny of it - my way of recovering the money the stole from me.
