    Texted asking me to call 08000964518 with an extension number 1587143 and reference number 15862944 asking me to call "Kuly".  I never called them as I don't use Halifax.  I have made a recent complaint to the Halifax on behalf of someone else but I never gave my telephone number.  The extension number is suspiciously long and a reference number without letters for such a large organisation is a bit daft too. Not putting the surname is another "fail".
