Called at 7.00am by the above number, really ticked of with them, Aint time just, already spent an hour (£22.50) now to source the number but when i do, I will be posting out an invoice for Labour costs and call costs in getting the matter resolved. I have done this with a few other companies, As long as what your invoicing them for is genuine and realistic, based on your daily rates (I am self employed and have letter heads etc etc) they tend to just pay.  Its far easier and if they have been ringing they have no defence in not paying. Thats the easy bit, the hard bit is finding out who they are.

this number rang this morning at 06:00 and it's very annoying because today is my only day off.

they called us last night at 2.58am 08002800968 i thought it was an emergancy and when we got to phone all wound up they rang off who can i complain too? can anyone help! thanks!

Rec'd a call from 0800 2800968 this morning. at 0140 hrs.  Our method of dealing with these calls is as follows: get a cheap answering machine with call monitoring facility; tell relations and friends to expect the answering machine to be switched on at all times (unless arranged otherwise); switch off all ringers on main 'phone and extensions (unless expecting pre-arranged call); relax and enjoy the peace and quiet with the knowledge that somebody is paying for calls that never get answered.

god how annoying is this no. called me aswell at 5.50am who the hell calls at this time, also kind of strange that the last few, well more than few people on here recieved calls at stupid hrs.

what muppets,had a phone call at 5am this morning jumped out of bed to answer it but hung up.when i tred to phoned back the line was dead,Iwould like to thank the company for getting me up this early on my day off.

This number is calling me all day 4 to 5 times or more often! It`s annoing!!!!

Called at 12.15 at night and hung up!!!!!
I have small children and this is unfair

was called by this number at 2.45 this morning ran down to answer but didnt get to phone but i,m angry as i have a brother who is critically ill in hospital so i thought something had happened to him this is a ridicules time to call someone, espicially as im  worried about my brother

This number called me at 3.10 this morning-not happy considering I had to get up at 5.30!!!!!

This number rang me at 4.24 this morning! I'm not impressed to say the least

Rang at 1:30 am on 18th March, rang off when we oicked up

This number rang me at 5.15am, when I answered it just hung up. No happy at all, why at this bloody stupid hour!

I had the same thing happen at 2:30am this morning (18th March).  Just spoke to a call centre on 01702 348834 (posted earlier on this site) and they assure me that i has nothing to do with them but will check with their IT guys and call me back.

Totaly un acceptable!!  BTW we are also Virgin TV customers.

Had a silent call from the number at 0.48am on the 18th March.

Had a call back from Converso, very nice man admitted the call did generate from them.  He told me that they had a new phone system installed which had a glitch - they have now switched the phone system off.  He was very apologetic and assured me that this would not happen again.

I've had eight missed calls from them today, five within the last hour!  Glad I read this, will put my mobile on silent tonight!
