I wish i had read this before i booked from this company. I got my carpet cleaned, at first i thought mark had managed to clean the carpet properly but a few days later the carpet was still damp and i could still see the stains. I have tried calling back but i cant seem to get through to them. I would not be surprised if he is a sex offender or a villan, my carpets still have stains and i wont be getting my money back.

Please don't touch or believe these people, they are just out to rip decent, hard working people off, carpets are worst than ever, total waste of money. Should off gone with my first thoughts, cheap!!!!!! & nasty. Richard maybe put something in your machine next time , never know could end up cleaning some carpets.

Evesham,worcs area. Avoid this company and bin the fliers. Just got home and they've ruined a sofa and chair with their products/device. Not happy

Did not clean my carpets properly & left more stains from furniture legs which leached brown wood stain into very wet carpet. Have asked for reclean or refund but no joy. Appears they have no insurance or business ethics. Am reporting to office of Fair Trading & Inland Revenue, however I don't expect a positive outcome.

I can empathise with your situation and similarly found their company useless. They failed to remove the indelible stain of sin that permeated my upholstery. After a 1 hour 'deep clean' my sofa still showed the shadow of Leviathan.

They are still at it. Norfolk area. Definitely a con. Going under the name of County Carpet Cleaners

What I can't understand is I delivered 1500 leaflets for these in June 2014 and never got paid for them as the promises they made weren't kept, the address I was asked to send the map to didn't exist so how are they still managing to con people even now without being caught.
