foreign lady asian accent phoned saying had voucher for family four for two week holiday, it was free and had upto 2 years to use anywhere in the world. Then a gentleman also asian came onto the phone did not clearly understand either person. I beleive it is some kind holiday scam name company Make my holidays!!

Its a scam

Asian accent male voice called about free holiday and wanted to take down all my details. He was rude when i did not give him my details and threatened to call me everyday., I believe it is a scam.

This guy had an indian accent, wanting to give me 6 voucher . He took some details down, but when he came down to my card details, I refused. I remained calm and nice getting all the info I needed to know, including his Working Id, how very stupid.
He threathend to call me every day and put up my details on the internet for wasting his time.
I told him to go right ahead, and he should note that I will report him to the police , ( Did he care no.., for all I know he might be in india.
I did call the company reporting the so called desperate chap, and from now on be HANGING ALL COLD CALLS

asian guy rang us and said he could give us a 2 week holiday voucher for a family of 4 anywere in the world, he gave us an address we checked it out on the internet and the company makemyholidays is not even listed in the building were they say they are. he couldnt even give me the name of the block they were so called in lol THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AS THEY WANT YOU TO PART WITH £79.95 WHAT A LAUGH.

Indian accented caller claimed to be from Make My Holiday of 145 John  St London ED1 4BY which of course doesn't exist.
Stayed on surpringly long while I asked him for his details, normally they ring off after a couple of questions, I annoyed this one for well over 2 minutes before I got bored.

they just conned my disabled sister out of £89!!!!!!!! she has phoned the police and we waiting for them to come round. she said her internet supplier gave them her details....including some bank details!!!!!!!!!!! for their sake i hope not! will tell you what police said.

Visiting a page on Pinterest and suddenly a virus on my computer insisting to call this number to unblock it.

I got the same!

Was given this number to unblock my computer after it was locked & emergency message & noise came up. Tried to charge me £80 to rid laptop of infections.

Even worse had computer hacked and this number used as no to call for MS support to get PC unlocked.
DO NOT take any notice of message if this happens or call no.

Computer hacked-  blocked - asking you to contact Microsoft - very convincing - total scam - vile people

Probably not a "hack". Might be a simple popup, you would want someone to check on that. Run a virus scan as a start.
Popups can be removed so you won't see that garbage again. Sometimes you download popups and malware by your own self by looking for discount software and utility programs.
