they are calling at stupid times of the night ??????

I think this number is Debitas - collectors for Capital One

They are a collector from capital one, i have a debt management complany dealing with my account and they told me to ignore them, though they are ringin everyday multiple times, i have told them who to speak to but hey ignore me and keep calling, very rude as well

They are a company called debitas re capital one they have phoned my mobile for up to 8 or 9 times a day for the last four weeks!!!! I am paying off my card at 35.89 a month but they have said that I have breached my contract as I should be paying £36.04 instead. I don't see why they are pestering me for u under 50p. I have spoken to them many times and have hence given up answering. I am going to change my mobile number as I'm fed up.

haing challenged debitas on their supposed independant status from captial one i have actually found they are not a seperate comapny.

To my understnading fronting as a third party is illegal when attmepting to collect funds.

When I asked for the details of Debitas Data Controller I was told I had to write to Capital One, yet the manager was adamant Debitas and Captial One are seperate companies. Im currently speaking to the ICO in respect to the legality of noot having a data controller for the information Debitas hold on myself and any issues writing to Captial ONe for a subject access request relevant to Debitas.

Pains in the ar** they had stopped ringing me seeing as i'm paying them £20 a fortnight, my balance is now less than £100 so figuring they want me to pay the rest off in one lump well they can go and whistle they are still going to get £20 a fortnight until its paid. they never leave a message despite been told more than once that they should else I will NOT return there calls. I DO NOT answer phone calls of numbers I do not know.
