phoned today who are you?

this number has called my mobile 7 times today and every time i answer noone speaks i called the number back and it just says someone from home shopping called and would call back. If they really need to speak to me why dont they talk when i answer???

apparently after online searching someone else left a comment saying its amazon which could be true cos i have some orders placed will update

I've googled this number as I'm so fed up of it ringing and not leaving a message.  When you ring it back it say's Home Shopping.  I wish they would bugger off - getting on my nerves now!  How do you stop this type of call?

Hi all the number is from otto home shopping which owns the catalogue shopping company freemans, although might own others aswell.

It is Freemans. They have just range the wife to try and sell her some bath towels!!

Whe you ring the number back it says that it's Otto Home Shopping and they will ring you back, flipping cheek! They say that you haven't been charged for the call and they'll ring back. I don't know where they have got my number from and unlike some numbers they don't give you a number to call to opt out of their syste. They have phoned 7 times tonight, I shall answer the next one and give them Hell!

yeh freemas they left me a voice mail.

This number called me absoltluey loads and was just hangin up when i answered.

Finally i answered and heard another vice on the end of the line, i nealry fainted.

turned out to be Grattan catalouge.

Call today 10:05. The guy asked for Mrs Something and hanged right after I (neutraly) asked him to repeat.

So pleasant people! I'm on TPS and they're never been a Mrs at my address :-(

Otto Home Shoppping are a company who run some of the big catalogues such as Grattan and Freemans x I belong to Freemans and have received numerous calls from this number in the last so many weeks!!! x They ring several times a day and NEVER leave a message!!! x They have rung as early as 8 in the morning to 9-10 at night which is totally unacceptable!!! x If they are so desperate to get hold of you why do they NEVER leave a message?????? x

They have called my mobile several times today. Judging by the other comments it is possible that it could be my catalogue company, who would have my number but I havnt answered and will continue not to as if its important then why cant they leave a message? I shop online and have preferences set to email only. I have not given permission for them to cold call me

Yep it is catalogue companies.  Following approx 20 unanswered calls in a week from this number, the next time they called i picked up the phone, and told them to "****-off", rude i know but they didn't call again.  Well at least it worked!!!

this number keeps calling my mobile, I don't answer it as it rings at  very inconvenient times like late evening and during the day on Sundays. I guess that it is Freemans, reading everyones comments as I do have their catalogue but does this give them the right to constantly call my mobile???

Ive had to put my phone on silent as this number constantly rings my mobile. I refuse to answer and Im sick of them ringing me

I've just taken around my 5th call from this number, spread over approx. 6 weeks, each time they ask for the same person, each time I tell them this is not her number and they apologise.  This is the second time they've said they were calling from Debenhams re. a delivery, specifying bunk beds today.  The lady promised to remove my number....

It didn't work, they've rung again.  When I asked where they were calling from (as in the company) I was told 'Bradford'! This was then expanded to 'on behalf of Debenhams', who were blamed for not having removed the number from their list.

it's funny when they get our answer machine cos they keep saying "hello, can I speak to Mr whatever".
They want to speak to my husband but won't say why, and I am very sarcastic and say he is at work just like you this time of day(weekday), on a weekend I say " how dare you interupt our family time, we are busy"
I was once told to ask them what toothpaste do you use? it does work but poeple will think you are some sort of LOOP

Miss calls keep appearing on my screen but yet my phone does not ring? It happens 5-6 times a day.
