    Indian female  a call centre called me and when I could finally understand what she was saying she said that she was calling from the claims management centre. I asked her what it was about and she said that it was the car accident that I had within the last 2 years, as I haven't had an accident in the last 2 years it is obviousally a sacm. Also she didn't know any of my details or say the company that she was calling from.
