i had a call from these people they told me that they could claim back my bank charges they already had all my bank details address phone number she didnt tell me that i had to pay anything until these lady who said her name was charlote she had a welsh accent she passed me on to her manager who then told me i had to pay £75 to cover the cost of the pack as they had all my bank details i told them i could not afford it as it was just before christmas so could they please remove me from there list and remove all my bank details from there system and also my address only to find that last week i had £300 taken from my bank which has now put me over drawn my bank are now dealing this

Well...i had someone call me up from capital plus...exacly the same as you guys..they explained to me that they could claim my bank charges back. I was a bit nervous at first giving my bank details out..but they gave me a website to look at while i was on the phone and the gentleman who called me talked me thrwo the website while i was on the phone and explained to me where to look and it all seemed fine to me then. i received the documentation about a week after and it all started from there. they said i could claim back a minimum of £1,260...i actually received £1.900 within a few months!! i thought theyre service was fantastic and was really pleased with the help they gave me to claim my charges back!!

I got same thing after few moment i gave them my address and they asked for bank details which i didnt give them and you know what THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME because they could not get what they want.
DONT TRUST THEM PLEASE.

I received a call. I was abit wary at first having a phone call out of the blue being told I could receive my bank charges back. So the lady on the phone was very helpful and gave me all the company details, I followed it up before taking anything any further. It all matched up with the ministry of justice, and sure enough I recieved my pack in the post a few days later! And they reassured me no card information is held on any records. For those who think they know your bank information - cards always start with the same first 4 numbers. All in all, I was very happy with their patience and co-operation

Said they were from Capital Plus who are part of the Ministry of Justice. At that point I knew they were lying and when they said that I had been a victim of bank charges I told them I had no bank account. Idiot believed me....THIS IS A SCAM FOR SURE - HAVE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES

these guys called me and told me i could claim 6 years worth of bank charges at the low cost of 79.99. I had 3 accounts and thought it was pretty cheap so gave them my bank details in order to take 79.99 out. What a shock i had when i seen my account only that they had taken out 224.97. They didnt tell me it was 79.99m per info pack. they also told me i would be receiving a solicitors letter written up by solicitors and they do everything for me. Little do they tell you they just advise you how to claim these back and you can get the same info from money saving expert.com free of charge - What a scam

had a call today they said they where reg by ministry of justice but what a scam but i looked in to it this afternoon and they are so maybe i will go for it instead i dont feel scammed so maybe i can get that money sooner rather than later

Hi I had a call from CapitalPlus and the same thing happened to me as happened to u guys. I got charged 79.99 pounds and I am wondering if it is possible to cancel all the info/etc packs and claim back my 79.99 poundss??? I just want my 79.99pounds back =// Is there a hotline to contact them?

These guys are hard sales people on the phone and they do anything to convince you to give your bank details in one call. They told me the fee is only 79.99 but charged my card with a payment of 149.99. Then i phoned them on the above 0800 number and asked them to cancel my service and make me a full refund of 149.99. Then to my surprice there was another charge of 149.99 on my card while i was expecting for a refund. I was totally furious and phoned them again. The lady on the phone apologised to me for the false transaction and promised me that the refund will be made via cheque. That was a week ago and i still have not received any cheque from them. I am ringing them every day chasing up for refund and seriously woried will i ever get my 300 pounds back.
PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.

i had the same problem, but the number was different 08008223670, i order new card in case, its bit worry how those ppl have got all the details about number surname and some of the card information.

all the same about above, they took 149.99 from my bank account, It is a trap, be carefully!!!!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM

Use a little bit of common sense guys. One look at their website www.capital-plus.org should let you know straight away that this is clearly a con!!! This page contains only a logo, that if you click it redirects you to http://www.pdchost.com/sites/CBCAPP_1035866/bank_charges.html (not something a legit company would do!!) If you do a little digging you find that while the home page redirects you away, you can find more information here http://capital-plus.org/html/bank.htm which is a half completed site that inorder to comply with the law has this page http://capital-plus.org/html/bank_complaints.htm which tells you how to complain to Capital Plus once they have stolen your money. Good luck getting through to them on the phone!! Id try sending them a letter recorded delivery... Or just turning up at the door!! For reference they seem to also use this number 08008223670

CS, lookslike you just came to know about them. If you'd seen their website in December/January it would have taken you to a different page which was very convincing, stressing the fact that they are part of Ministry of Defence and they can get your money back. The website was changed to what it is now very recently, may be couple of weeks back. I assume company is under investigation.

I recieved an identical call from Capital Plus earlier today. When I refused to give my card details to one of their advisors they transferred my call to one of their 'quality assurance' guys who directed me to their website. As they appear to be connected to the 'government' and 'ministry of justice' I did hesitantly think they were legit. To be honest if they hadn't been in such a hurry to get my card number I probably would have given them the details without thinking. I told them I'd read through the information on their website and they said they'd phone me back. When 'Kevin' called back I told him he wouldn't be getting any further details from me as I'd read about the company on the internet and told him not to call me again. Since then I've had 6 missed calls, 1 text message and a voicemail from them, I hope they've finally got the message.

i had a call from these guys and the caller was caller aron he said he was part of the minestry of justice and he told me  that i have been hit with BANK CHARGES so i give my bank details over next thing i know there was 749.99 taken out of my account. what a bunch of [***]. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS

These people cold-called my husband, they told him that they worked for the government and had all of his details. They just needed him to CONFIRM his card number. They then took £449.94 from his bank account without permission. The said they would refund him the money but stopped the refund before it was
complete. Now we can't get hold of them, but we've made complaints to Ministry of Justice, BBC Watchdog, Trading Standards, and many more!

I received a call from them saying they could help me with my bank charges for the price of £79.99, I received a pack and then found out that they had charged me £224.97 for the 3 accounts I had which I wasn't informed of, after finding this out I contacted the company who said to send it back and they would refund me, I did this and heard nothing, I then contacted them and they said they had received it and if I hadn't heard by Fri then to contact them again (Rachel) since then which is 3 weeks ago I have tried to contact them non stop with no avail by phone and email. I have now contacted the Ministry of Justice who are looking into it for me so anyone elseout there having same problem do the same to get these cheating [***] closed down
