had several missed calls from this number, they ring off before you can answer the call

This number, as far as I am aware, belongs to BT.
If you have had, or have, advertising in the Phone book or any other type entry it could be because of this.  Otherwise if you know someone who works in BT sometimes this shows as the number calling from most rest areas for staff.

Don't quote me on this but I am pretty sure it is!

I received a letter allegedly from BT saying overdue bill and phone this number to pay but THIS LETTER IS A FRAUD.... do not pay on this line. Phone BT on a number on their website

This number calls one of our offices claiming we were due BT a payment for advertising   The message and telephone number was passed on to me   Checked it out with BT and they confirmed it was a scam call  Be aware as it was quite a convincing call

Be aware this is not a BT number

BT tells me this is a scam and ignore it,they have tried to charge me over the past two years for business advertising but unfortunately for them I retired 11years ago
