it's an automated system from virgin mobile

This number called me on 19 January 2009 at 11:12 A.M. i tried to answer it and it just to voice mail.i tried to ring it and it started some strange voicemail messages and i had to block it.But its all bizare.

this number has called me 6 times this morning on my mobile? oopps there it goes again

Its called me 13 times so far today........so annoying! thanks for the info.

i have that same caller today twice! maybe reason is beacouse i canceled my direct debit

If they call u your are due them cash basically. My direct debit was returned so the automated service has been set from the overdue balance from what I can see. Hope that helps!

8 calls today! Its so annoying!

I recently cancelled my virgin phone and although i can't make outbound calls on it they're still trying to ring me from this automated number because, as their letter tells me.... "I have a problem with my account!"

The problem is i'm no longer their customer.  ;o)

This number called my mobile after i disconnected from virgin about 1 month ago, it was an automated line, asking me if i had any questions????

It is from Virgin Mobile's Debt Collections department.

I had a call from this number, they told me I had two weeks to pay the big man, or they would send the heavy’s over to my bedsit. I sat tight and ignored the upsetting threats. I then got a knock at the door a few weeks later by two dept collectors. I managed to fight off the two black men, with a sling shot and a co-op pocket knife in a two hour standoff. These boys are weak and full of empty threats I’m still at large to this day. God dam you virgin!

Somehow my virgin account screwed up, the payment went in, but they cancelled my account, and i can't make outbound calls or text, i can only receive them. I keep getting texts saying "contact us urgently on 789 or 08009522025" , but i cant contact them, 1 the aforementioned problem, and 2 there isnt anything on the automated service that fits my problem. Help?

Take their dam sim out of your phone then if you've cancelled your acc with them you have no right to have it in ya phone so they have every right to keep calling you on THEIR sim card!.. dont get me wrong.. I hate Virgin with a passion... but not their fault this time:)

You will receive calls from this number if your account is overdue for any reason, if you call virgin to sort the problem out these calls will stop.
