Some bloke calling himself Drew, sounded Scottish, from PRA group! No idea who they are or what they want! I won't give any details to anyone that I don't know who or what they are! So I told him this is bizarre as I have no idea who or what you want and cut him off and blocked the number! Number traces back to this company, who are debt collectors!

i keep getting calls from these people asking my address and date of birth . I am sure ive paid all my debt but I believe now from other answers here that they are debt collectors. The thing is . is that these people call themselves PRA GROUP. I searched and soon found that there is  uk government financial authority that is now part of the financial services ombudsman but they ONLY engage with companies and never contact the public on their finances.

Debt collectors, Portfolio Recovery Associates. US Based criminal debt collection company. They made enough money stealing from honest, hard working US citizens that they bought a debt collection company in Europe so that they can now steal from you as well. I can't address the rest of your post since I'm not really clear what you are trying to say. I did find a UK Ombudsman Service and it appears that is the organization you should be contacting over there. You should also be looking into collection laws as well. Over here we can sue them so maybe you could do the same?

I've got this number blocked and didn't know who'd tried calling me today till I put the number in! PRA Group again, don't know who keeps calling as after last weird call, that I didn't have a clue what they were on about I blocked them! Haven't heard from them since the 24th November 2020 so nearly a year on and they're calling me again, bit suspect calling again after all that time, won't be engaging with them as didn't know what the hell they were on about a year ago!

PRA buys poor folks debt at cheap prices and then harassed people to get it back. Deserves to be ignored. Deserves to be liquidated

Yet another call today, yet another call ignored.

Quiet Scottish voice asking for Wayne Crosby (something they have done infrequently over the last few years.) I was informed my number would be removed....again!

Said my full name in a Scottish accent, when i asked who you are you,  he replied PRA. Asked who are you again he repeated PRA. Said sorry but I don't understand your accent, i cut him off.
