I can assure you that GoMobile has nothing to do with the American company that you are relating to, we do have over 100 stores trading in the UK, you would have been contacted by our outbound call centre.

Question.  
If you are a reputable company as you would lead us to believe, why do you have a blatent disregard for the TPS (telephone preference service) or SECTION 43 of THE MALICIOUS COMMUNICATIONS ACT?  All my numbers are registered with TPS yet you still try to call.

Clearly you don't check the numbers you buy in, else you don't check with TPS.  And if you don't do that, why would anyone consider your 'amazing deals?'

Appreciate mistakes happen, but checking the thread on here, you look to be calling many TPS registered numbers.  Just a suggestion...

I have had 4 calls from this number today. I answered 1 to hear music playing. To me this is a nuisance caller.

i have had 3 missed calls from the number 08432897204, but i have no idea who is calling me from it and i refuse to answer as there are so many scams going around at the moment.

This number called and played music down the phone.

I've just had them call me, asking me to upgrade my mobile with them and how they were offering me a better deal than anywhere else. After, checking the Vodafone website I could upgrade for a cheaper contract and shorter contract. They also told me Vodafone only offer a 24 month contract, even though I'm on an 18 month contract.

If your going to scam people at least have a bit of intelligence.

had two mised called from 08432897204, didn't know the number so I don't bother answering. Anyone who wants me leaves a message, they didn't so they can continue to call and waste their time if they wish, I won't be answering. I guess its because my  mobile contract is up soon.

Hi GoMobileDirect person. Are you still there?  I can't see your response to complaints here that people on the TPS service (including me) still get calls from you. Why is that?

And no, your "blocklist" offer of 23 Sept isn't a response. People register for TPS so that
- they only have to register ONCE, not with every Tom Dick or Harry that might call
- they don't get even a FIRST call.

I'd be amazed if GMD replys fully to this.

Just had a call off this number, as "Go Mobile Direct".
Apparently calling with regards to my Vodafone contract, which according to the caller, is due to end soon. That's is strange really since I only took it out 2 months ago.

Respectable companies don't need to cold call, as new clients will find them and they don't need to lie to customers.

I initially assumed it was a third party survey type call on behalf of Vodafone, because I didn't expect any companies to be that stupid, but no, it turns out it was a cold call telemarketer.

I had a missed call from this number this morning, so I googled it and found this page... I then e-mailed the blocklist@gomobiledirect.co.uk address and immediately got a postmaster notifaction failure, so it never sent... How do I prevent them from calling me again without ringing them and spending a fortune?!?!
