This is nuisance calling I want it stopped

Silent call 27 March 2014 from 0843 410 2347, who is this?

First time ever received this? call on my mobile on 27.03.2014 at 1452hrs.Very surprised because
how did this person know my mobile number.When I responded the call was disconnected.

0843 410 2347 stupid PPI call

Has been calling me every day for a week. I have added number to my reject list and today got another call starting 0843 410 but ending in another 4 digits to previous 6 calls. I have also added this number to my reject list

I was called today 31/03/14 late after from 08434102366, I did not answer as they had rung off before I got to the phone. I have been called by this number before and it is silent or the gabble on about PPI. As I have never given out my mobile number how did they get it and how do I stop them calling me?

Spam caller

0843 4107965 - this number calls constantly. It is an automated message re:Debt, it gives the option to 'opt out' if you press 9, but this obviously does not work. Having now spoken to 3 very rude call persons (one called Jermaine), they say they only call once and that it must be a different number. It isn't as I can see a list in my call log! They then promise to remove your number and hang up.  One previous employee got extremely uppity and shouted at me?! Said I was not 'opting out' and that it was my fault!  This number must be stopped, as they are not abiding by their call option terms.

Just started to get calls from 0843 410 2481 and 7695.
I never answer these types of calls anyway. But I am supposed to have opted out of such calls through the TPS service.

I answered one after it had enough. Automated voice saying I was entitled to pip. So I pressed 5 to speak to them. Couple of hours later I get a call. An actual person spoke to me and said on our records your entitled to payback on your missed sold ppi. I said right firstly what's my name? Sorry sir it doesn't show on our records. Right secondly what's my address? It's not showing that on the system I'm on sir. So I then ranted so how the hell do you know I'm entitled to something I've never taken out? Silence! And if I had I'd go to a reputable company. So take my number off your system and if I get another call I'll report you to the proper authorities. Ok sir have a nice day was the reply followed by him slamming the phone down. Not got or had a cold call from them since!

I received  a call from 0843 410 2264 at 1559 today. I didn't answer it because I didn't recognise the number. This is the third cold call I've had today on my mobile. My inbox is full of spam e-mails too. Are they getting all this done before Easter?

16th April 2014: 0843 410 8467 called me today. Similar 0843 410 xxxx calls every Friday and Monday for the last 2 weeks. It's a Ppi scam I think. A return call will cost you money

No one will do anything about these phone pests so can we campaign for extremely high fines for the people who sell these numbers and put them out of business. Alternatively we could just shoot anyone who buys anything from a cold caller as a service to the gene-pool and to make the cold call industry non-lucrative.

Best campaign for something to be made unlawful first. With an election (even if only for Europe) approaching don't miss the opportunity to tell everyone who wants your vote about the things that are important to you.

We have been hounded at my office with these number and pressing 9 does not work, registering to TPS has not worked.

Have been continuously called from 08434104715, automated voice machine, saying am owed money through Lloyds/Barclays etc. Who is it really?

0843 410 ****  (lots of different calls over many months with originator CLIDs in that number block).

Got through to a human who identified the calling party as STEVENSON DRAKE LTD.

Companies House list a single director for STEVENSON DRAKE LTD:

In his linkedin profile, BERNARD BAIRSTO also lists himself as manager of ZEST CALL CENTRES of Northwich Cheshire.   That call centre is probably where these automated calls are answered by real people.

Not very hard to discover that information;  so you've got to wonder why Ofcom aren't doing a damn thing about these unlawful automated telephone calls.
