How did you manage that please tell me john.I filled in one loan form that they sent me from a company called "iloans direct" in june and have not heard anything since - no loan - nothing.

do not use more financial they are scamming everyone out of £69.50! and you cannot contact them! be warned!

08448803595 I've just rang this number and I got through, the guy on the phone told me to wait 5-10working days for my money to be put into my account. I'm not holding my breath. I believe there is something fishy about this as I have not yet received 1 confirmation email or a letter. He said there will be someone contacting me as soon as I get my money. There are so many companies out there to help you get a loan and do all the right procedures by contacting  you and ensuring you all the details while waiting for the loan to proceed. Now I have to deal with this and chase them up to get answers which isn't right! My advice is to stay well away from more financial!!! I will be on there backs until I either get the loan or my 69pounds back!

these people r scum, my partner got a call from them saying he was excepted for a 12500 loan and he only had to pay 69.50 and then he would receive the money within 5-7 working days, we tried contacting them and we get nothing i rang the sales team department and all i get is sorry you will have to be patient they will answer but a week later and still no answer... if these scambags think im leaving it like this they are wrong, i will take them to every high court i can to get my money back and shut this scam down....

I also arranged for  loan through this company paid the broker fee but on the 7th day as promised still no loan transferred to our account.  Only able to ever get through to sales number and they wont help me and not able to get through to the customer service number have left messages emails and no reply from anyone.

I got another number 08444100440 but guess what.....thats right no answer!
I suggest if you are reading this, speak to The Financial Ombudsman Services and they will write to them to which they must reply! (they can only write as they have not left a contact number like any other self respecting company)
I do not know if i will get my money back or not (will update you all) but worth ago as i am sure too many people just leave it!

i have been told the same thing as i needed a loan becoz me and my parnter are havein a bby in 2weeks so you are tellin me iv been do over ??

if they have my account detail sort code an account number can they take money or do they need 3 digits on the back

This has just happened to me, I am trying all ways to get my money back but unless something is done to stop this happening Morefinancial will continue to rip people off.

hi i got a call today from morefinacial ltd saying ive been approved for a loan, i gave them my card details and everything but didnt sign the contract and told them there be no money in my account till next week. after reading these comments i quickly rang my bank and told them and they cancelled my card to stop them taking it out. this is a scam so dont fall for there lies.

has anyone ever got thru to more financial cos i havent and they keep moving addresses from one virtual office to another , they need put a stop too and i intend doing it somehow

More Financial are a scam.

I rang them and applied for a loan and got told it was ready for me. I parted with 69.50. I then got some dodgy form in my email inbox which I signed and sent back. (With hindsight I should not of done this). I then got no email confirmation.

I rang them on 0844 8803595 and got given two other numbers to call as they were the applications department and said they couldn't help me.

I rang 0844 100 440 and also 0844 2478347 and no answer- rang repeatedly. I called back the original number and they said keep calling- no response.

I have contacted the Financial Ombudsman Service on 0300 123 9 123 or 0800 023 4567 (they are open until 6pm) and made a complaint. They are going to write to them- unfortunately I will have to wait up to 8 weeks and even then if it is not resolved I will have to contact the Ombudsman for chasing them up. I was given a reference number and it is an official complaint. There is no other option available.

My advice would be not to deal with this company- or cancel the payment if you have made it asap. If it is too late (like for me) then ring the ombudsman.

Just thought I would share with you all how truly pathetic we are. I run my own business and recently applied for a loan to expand the company. Guess who pops up? Yep got it in one......... More Financial. I was asked for  the long 16 digit number across my card so they could ascertain a genuine account, and yes foolishly like so many of you out there I gave them it. They confirmed the type of account and the name of the bank, telling me that I could review the email before accepting the loan and paying the brokers fee. I declined at first giving them the security number on the back of the card as I said I wanted to check them out first. This is used to make a card transaction. No, they weren't catching me. I was then informed that they don't need that number to make the transaction anyway. Later in our conversation they approached it in a totally different way, coming back to it with an " Ok that's everything......Oh have you got the last three numbers on the back of the card?" Before I realized it I had divulged the information. SUCKER!!!
These people are sly and manipulative and deserve to go to prison for a long time. Unfortunately there are way to many of us out there, that get reeled in and keep giving these bottom dwellers our hard earned cash. Lets spread the word and try to spare others the same ill fated doom we have all been stupid enough to be scammed by. Stay safe.

Hello i found that 69.50 had been taken from my bank account by more financial...i HAD applied online for a loan with another company but had never heard of these people never mind given them my bank details or authorised them to take money

my bank says they can't do anything about it and the only way i can stop them taking more money is to close the account

when i phoned morefinancial...yes...you guessed it...there was no answer

any advice????

Have now contacted Ombudsman and they will write to them today....but can take up to 8 weeks to resolve....IF it gets resolved

have lost count of how many times have called morefinancial and there is never any reply

my biggest concern is that i have never spoken to them or had direct contact with them...they must have got my bank details from somewhere else
