This is a genuine Royal Mail Number from the Cricklewood Royal Mail Delivery Office. If this number calls, it is likely to be about a letter or parcel that could not be delivered without further information or instructions. They called me because they had a parcel and couldn't get past an entry gate as I was out when they called.

Be careful of this number especially if you call it back I did and it cost me £5.60 for about a 4 minute call!

I called this no on 18.01.20 to ask about a parcel delivery and have been charged £10.02 for this call  this was to the Royal Mail Sorting Office

I rung this to enquire about items missing in post and after being on hold for 6 min with no answer I was charged 6.88 for talking to no one.

My wife was put on hold for over a hour on this number. The cost for 73 minuted total was £17.75. Bit of a shock. The waiting period was due to Corona virus. In effect paid a lot of money for no service. What a cheek Post Office!

My latest phone bill shows 3 calls to this number from my phone on 11.11.20 one after the other.  I do not htink that we made such calls

This isn't a site for people to stop by and whine and cry like little babies over their phone bill. Take it up with your phone carrier.

I was told to call this number when one of my letters was torn open and money taken from it. Not only did I lose the money but in reporting it I was scammed. It makes me feel sick!
