38 calls allegedly to this number on my onetel bill. They say it is a rogue dialler spam programme that has got onto my pc. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

every night at 2.20am my phone is calling this number and i am being charged 12p each time this has been going on for three months that i am awre of as i now have itemised billing i am not making these calls how is this happening

Do you have an alarm at your house that is connected to a call centre?

I have this and I believe the number is registering with the alarm service centre.

We too are being charged for this No what can we do about it

we have been charged large amounts on our BT bill from this number.  It dials for only 7 seconds but many times per day.   It is a fax line.  I have talked to BT, who think it is from the fax/printer/scanner.  This is impossible because they are not connected to any BT line and have no built in modem.  We also have Redcare alarm system but the alarm company tracks the calls and it does not show up.

any useful information welcome.

I am being charged 21p every day for a call to this number by Talk Talk
i am not even in the house at the time
What can cause this to happen as Talk Talk are telling me it is my problem - even though i am not doing anything
they have been taking the money out of my account - is it their problem or mine - who should pay?

Do you have a burglar alarm?  Some of them "check in" with their base daily.  Not much help I know.  Have you tried 'phoning the number to see if it is answered?

My phones has dialed this number without my knowledge 142 times in January giving me a bill of £18.00   How can I get it stopped.
