- Mark| 2 repliesThis number is Yodel, the parcel delivery firm who do not pay their delivery drivers if they fail to deliver a parcel to an address, which might not be the drivers fault. In our case the driver simply reported that he had tried 3 times, left cards, so the parcel was returned to sender. He did leave one card which was for a parcel left for "us" at the nearby bakers shop, but it was someone elses parcel not ours. We had to phone this number to report the problem, and try to get our parcel back. But they refused to assist, refused to deliver it, and even accused us of causing their driver to go unpaid because we were out when he tried to deliver. Scandalous employment practice. Then we found the calls had cost us £3.31. DO NOT USE THIS IMMORAL DEL:IVERY COMPANY

- Ex yodel driver replies to MarkI used to work for yodel as a courier self employed they are absolutely robbing ba*tards to work for they never pay you in full for the work that has been completed . Now their policy on delivering parcels is shocking aswell if instructed to leave safe, leaving at the front door on a main road and marked as left in porch isn’t safe . Leave safe means out of sight . Most of their drivers couldn’t give a f*ck and mark sign for parcels in bins and stuff and sign them their selfs . If a parcel has gone missing in this case it’s more likely to be kept by the driver and is most likely to be valuable. But when yodel is contacted about this they basically do fu*k all and you normally have to take it up with the place you’ve bought the item and in most cases you end up out of pocket. YODEL ARE A FU*KEN JOKE AVOID IF POSSIBLE
- Iva replies to MarkI absolutely agree with you. I had similar case and I was charged £9.91 after all. I never received my parcel.
