just noticed this number on my bill it was alot so went on say no to 0845 to see and know knows who it is but it says it costs £3.45 for 13 sec

I too have just found this on my landline bill. After some research it is YET AGAIN O2...........The complete & utter IDIOTS. I must have rung this number as part of my on-going war with them to stop them handing out my phone number to marketing companies.
I got so sick of them refusing to respect my privacy that I cancelled my contract with them. This number is the customer service number for O2 pay & go. I must have been charged to get a PUC number for my daughters phone as we cancelled the wifes O2 contract, my contract & the daughters pay & go all the same week.  [***].

I have been with O2 for many years and put up with the poor local coverage. Having been given a free SIM card with £3 of calls by Talk Mobile I thought I would try them. They use the Vodaphone network, calls are half the price of O2, so I moved but I had to ring this number at 30p a minute to get a code. I hung on for over an hour over three days trying to get through and eventually moved to Talk Mobile - its works brilliantly. I will never, ever, deal with O2 again.

0844 8090222 is Barclaycard ripping its customers off with a premium rate call number.  So if you have a problem with your Barclaycard, they make money from you when you call them!!

I had a call fromt his number and it charged me £12.49 .. DO NOT ANSWER FROM THIS NUMBER.

Was into 02 for nearly a hour to get my phone sorted cost me 14.65  xx had to take phond into the shop after it  because they couldn't fix it xx

i have been charged 1.19 didnt know what it was ,it was o2 phoning to let them know my phone was lost and needed a new sim card  wont be joining them now
